Radio LaB 97.1FM’s busy summer continues – most recently with a takeover of Year 12 students!
During the w/c 24th July, Radio LaB welcomed the group from the Media & Technology ‘Summer School’.
Their programme was first broadcast on Friday 28th July at 4pm – and was full of opinion, great tunes, and fun.
Radio LaB Coordinator was impressed by the output of the students:
“In such a relatively short time with us the guys produced a brilliant programme. I really enjoyed helping them put it together.
“There’s always something going on at Radio LaB – listeners should keep their ears peeled for more special programmes over the summer holidays.
“Radio really is an accessible medium – everyone should give it a try. It might just be the experience that gives you the edge when applying for jobs or work experience.”
