University of Bedfordshire to host CMA Conference, September 2015

CMA LogoThe University of Bedfordshire and Radio LaB are proud to be hosting the Community Media Association (CMA) conference on September 12th 2015, at the Luton campus.

The CMA’s website says:
“We have decided to move the conference to the other side of summer to give us a chance to hear initial reports on the progress of Ofcom’s small-scale DAB trials. This day will maximise networking opportunities bringing together broadcasters, service providers, key sector partners and funders.

Keep this date for your diaries and we will publish the full agenda shortly. Meanwhile if you are seeking to promote products and services to our sector do contact Bill in the office on 0114 279 5219 for our conference rate card.

In a year that has seen the long awaited Community Radio Order amendment, a new partnership with the BBC, and the progress of local TV with community orientated agendas shows that we are in exciting times full of opportunities. We look forward to exploring and sharing these with you on 12th September.
