Luton, We Have Takeover! College Returns For Radio LaB Broadcast.

From Wednesday, 2 July, to Friday, 4 July 2025, students from Luton Sixth Form College will once again take over the daytime schedule at Radio LaB 97.1 FM, broadcasting live from the University of Bedfordshire’s studios.

The takeover begins each morning at 8 am, with Andy Waterfield, Head of Media at Luton Sixth Form College, kicking things off. He’ll be followed by:

  • 9 am–11 am: Flori, Ehsaan and Obi
  • 11 am–1 pm: Jake, Linah and Mati
  • 1 pm–3 pm: Marie, John and Eesha

Radio LaB’s Senior Tutor in Radio & Audio, Terry Lee, added:
